I love: large families, fat animals, cell phones, the internet, learning, teaching, babysitting, puppies, great friends, good books, shasta daisies, pizza, mountain dew, the rare good man, sign lanquage, bible camp, talking about nothing, wrapping presents, getting presents, kissing, cleaning my room, CHRISTMAS, babies, football, little kid games such as hide and seek, wearing the color pink, sweatpants, sleeping, coffee, curling my hair, etcetera, etcetera...
i dislike: high school, negative people, math, immature guys, working out, time limits, tests, and small living spaces.

the holidays for my friends and family:

mostly things i’ve done and/or need to do
a to z

A- address envelopes to send out our christmas letters and pictures
B- bake; cookies, peanut clusters, pretzels w/ almond bark, krumkake, divinity & fudge
C- clean house— that definately still needs to be done!
D- decorate, OF COURSE
E- eat! too, too much already
F- freeze; at school (no heat), at home (controlling)
G- guitar. played it - school Christmas concert was on Tuesday
H- hid presents from each other - or tried to
I- invite people over for gift opening and goodies!
J- jammed items in boxes to make them fit
K- kept secrets…well not really, we all pretty much know what each other is getting
L- lights. my sweetie and i put them up this evening. they look fantastic!
M- model. my parents and i modeled for our family Christmas photo
N- newly engaged couple - my cousin got engaged on December 10th 
O- open letters that came in the mail from family and friends
P- prepare to take off on the 23rd to Grandma’s house!
Q- quilt. mom made a cute wall hanging that is holiday themed
R- run errands. here and there and everywhere
S- SHOP! like mad people [and] SING! my friends and I did at a Lion’s Club Meeting.
T- trim the tree - it looks so cute!
U- unwrap presents from a couple of friends already. :)
V- vacuum, ugh i hate it, but it does need to be done
W- wrapped gifts. I can’t even count how many i did.
X- Xanadu = a place having idyllic beauty. we made our home this.. at least to me it’s beautiful, but the work that went into everything done, is what’s REALLY gorgeous.
Y- youtubed! my friend and i made a couple of videos and posted them.
Z-zzzzz’s= catch some.. we need to!

my boyfriend, evan

and i just finished putting christmas lights on our little trees in the front yard, as well as the mailbox. :) He’s so sweet for helping me! I can’t thank him enough. I love him!

mini guitar concert

today my guitar class played for the entire middle school in our town. they were so cute, and so into our music. when our instructor told them that “this next song might be a little bit more unfamiliar” to them, but it’s really fun and it’s called “jingle bell rock” they all freaked out! Like “OMG I LOVE THAT SONG, OH THAT’S AN AWESOME SONG, AWH SWEET!” it was hilarious!

and then my friend, rachel totally lost her pick inside of her guitar, named “Chachi” by the way, and ended up playing with her fingernails, and then her paperclip. and i laughed again and again and again.
